Mipa 2K-HS Clearcoat C85 is a high solids two component acrylic clearcoat for clear over base refinishing. The clearcoat is made for professional two layer paint systems where gloss, depth and UV protection are required over a prepared basecoat.
The C85 clearcoat gives the final transparent protective layer in the refinishing process. Its high UV protection helps preserve the appearance of the basecoat underneath, while the HS quality supports a fuller clear film with professional gloss. C85 is mixed 2:1 using Mipa 2K MS hardeners and Mipa 2K thinner. Correct hardener, thinner and temperature setting remain part of the application process and should follow the technical information.
