Pro Mix Industry AK 232-30 KH thick-film lacquer silk matt basic pack is the base material for mixed AK 232-30 colours with a satin matt industrial finish. After tinting, it produces a fast drying high build synthetic topcoat with active corrosion protection for demanding metal parts.
AK 232-30 is made for steel elements, cast parts, containers, machines, chassis, switchboards, transport racks and similar constructions. The higher build gives the coating more body on practical industrial surfaces, while the satin matt finish keeps the look controlled rather than highly reflective.
Active corrosion protection based on zinc phosphate makes the coating useful where the finish has to do more than add colour. It is suited to interior and exterior use when the surface preparation and system build are correct. Mipa UN or Mipa UN 21 is used as thinner.
The material fits metalwork that needs a robust, serviceable coating without a decorative high gloss appearance. It works well on fabricated sections, equipment bases, repair parts and maintenance items where surface coverage, build and corrosion resistance matter alongside the final colour.
