Mipa 2K-HS Clearcoat Matt CCM is the clearcoat used when the finish must stay genuinely matt. With a gloss level around 15 to 20 gloss units, it creates an even low-sheen surface that suits modern matt refinishing and controlled gloss reduction on automotive panels and complete paintwork.
Mipa 2K-HS Clearcoat Matt CCM 1 l can be used as a full matt clearcoat in its own right, and it can also be used to reduce the gloss of other compatible Mipa HS clearcoats. That makes it especially useful where the final finish has to hit a defined matt appearance rather than simply looking less shiny than normal gloss clear. It gives the painter a more controlled route to the intended look.
CCM works over both solvent-based and water-based basecoats, so it fits neatly into standard refinish systems. Once cured, the film offers the weather, chemical and mechanical resistance expected from a quality 2K automotive clearcoat, while keeping the surface appearance evenly matt instead of drifting between dull and glossy patches.
