MP DryTech dry blow gun is designed to accelerate drying during waterborne paint and coating work. Instead of a narrow air jet, DryTech delivers a broad and even air stream over the coated surface. That helps waterborne basecoats release moisture more efficiently and reduces waiting time between application steps when airflow and temperature conditions are suitable.
The drying gun connects to compressed air and is used after spraying to move a high volume of air across the surface. MP DryTech can significantly reduce drying time for water-based paints and uses air consumption around 350 l/min at approx. 4.5 bar. The result is a more efficient drying step without touching the coating and without concentrating force into a small area.
MP DryTech is useful for colour blending, basecoat drying, repair panels and any refinish process where waterborne materials need reliable airflow before the next layer. The gun should be kept at a suitable distance from the surface and moved evenly so the air stream supports drying without disturbing the coating. MP DryTech is a practical tool when faster surface evaporation, cleaner process timing and controlled airflow matter during paint application.
