MP X ION is a compressed air ionisation gun that combines surface blow off and static neutralisation in one pass. Instead of only moving loose dust away, the ionised air stream also discharges statically charged surfaces, which helps keep dust from being pulled straight back onto the part.
That makes the gun especially valuable before coating sensitive panels, plastic parts and other surfaces where static can quickly attract airborne contamination. The result is a cleaner surface and a better chance of finishing with fewer dust nibs and fewer avoidable imperfections in the coating.
The gun works without a separate power supply and is approved for use in spray booths under the ATEX directive. It comes in a practical plastic case and is used at a recommended operating pressure of 3 to 6 bar with a working distance of 10 to 50 cm. The 1/4 inch quick plug connection keeps setup straightforward.
