Mipa Radiator Spray RAL 7016 Anthracite grey 400 ml satin matt is an aerosol coating for radiators and heat exposed metal surfaces that need a clean anthracite grey finish. The satin matt sheen gives the radiator a modern low reflection look while still leaving a finished surface that suits visible interior heating elements and metal details.
Radiator coating needs more than ordinary colour coverage. The coating must tolerate the heat cycles of hot water radiators and stay visually stable during regular heating and cooling. Mipa Radiator Spray is made for this use, giving a convenient aerosol format for local refinishing, colour change and repair of prepared radiator surfaces.
RAL 7016 Anthracite grey is a popular architectural grey shade that fits modern rooms, dark frames, industrial interiors and neutral colour schemes. The aerosol format is useful for complex radiator shapes, edges, narrow gaps and curved sections where brush marks would be visible or awkward to avoid.
Clean the radiator thoroughly before coating and remove rust, loose paint, grease and dust. The surface must be cool during application. Build the finish in light even coats and allow proper flash off. Do not heat the radiator until the coating has dried.
Turn the radiator off and allow the surface to cool completely. Clean, sand and prime where needed, shake the aerosol thoroughly and apply light even coats from the correct distance. Allow full drying before the radiator is heated again.
