Mipa PU 100-20 2K PU Acrylic Primer Brown Beige RAL 1011 Brown beige 24 l incl. Hardener is a 2K polyurethane acrylic primer for metal surfaces that need corrosion protection, reliable adhesion and a clean base for the next coating layers. It can be used as an adhesion promoter, primer or filler, and it can also be applied wet on wet. The system is suitable for steel, galvanised steel and aluminium, and it is designed for industrial paintwork where substrate hold and coating structure matter from the first coat onward.
The primer combines active corrosion protection with short drying time and good filling behaviour. It can be recoated with both 1K and 2K topcoats, which makes it useful for machinery, components, fabricated parts, housings and coated metal constructions that need a durable primer stage before colour finishing. On aluminium it can also be applied in a thinner adhesion-promoting film, while heavier builds can be used where more filling is needed.
This 24 l pack suits regular production work, maintenance coating and larger priming jobs where a steady mixing ratio and dependable process window are important. The cured film offers strong adhesion, clean sanding and a matt technical surface that helps the topcoat lay down evenly.
