Mipa Neon is a daylight fluorescent colour system for high-impact 2-coat special effect paintwork. The colours are made for professional refinishing where the surface needs an intense fluorescent appearance instead of a normal solid or metallic tone. Standard fluorescent tones include RAL 1026 luminous yellow, RAL 2005 luminous orange, RAL 3024 luminous red and RAL 6038 luminous green, with additional special tones available.
Fluorescent colours need disciplined coating work. The final effect depends on the full build, the ground colour, the film thickness and the clearcoat protection. Mipa Neon should therefore be treated as a special-effect coating material for planned work rather than a general purpose topcoat.
The system fits cars, motorcycles, design parts, accent panels, display pieces and surfaces where extreme visibility is part of the design. The 3 litre size supports larger panels and regular custom refinishing. Correct technical processing remains essential for brightness, durability and consistent colour appearance.
