Mipa Mix PU 250 2K Paint Spray 48+ brings the PU 250 polyurethane acrylic topcoat into a 400 ml aerosol format for industrial coating repair and controlled local application. The coating is made for high-quality finishing of metal façades, machines and steel constructions, with additional suitability as a single-layer coating on zinc substrates and aluminium. PU 250 gives small parts, edges, installation damage and repair sections a durable 2K finish when the same industrial coating character must be kept in a compact spray format.

The PU 250 film combines colour, gloss control and resistance in one industrial topcoat layer. The coating is built for weather exposure, chemical load, mechanical stress and regular surface contact. Its longer open time supports careful flow on technical shapes, profiles, panels and construction details, especially where brushed, rolled or sprayed PU 250 systems are already part of the coating specification. In aerosol form, PU 250 2K Paint Spray 48+ suits repairs where the finish must stay close to the surrounding industrial paint without mixing a larger quantity.

PU 250 2K Paint Spray 48+ is supplied in matt, satin matt, semi-gloss, satin gloss and glossy finishes. Matt PU 250 creates a restrained technical surface, satin matt softens reflection, semi-gloss adds a balanced industrial sheen, satin gloss increases light return without a full high-gloss look, and glossy PU 250 creates the brightest finish in the group. The 400 ml format fits local repair work on machines, metal structures, railings, façade elements, housings, brackets and transport damage where a durable 2K coating layer is needed in small quantity.

How is it used?

The aerosol is filled with the 2K PU topcoat quality, activated before spraying and applied in steady passes over a prepared surface. Clean, dry and stable substrates are essential. Oil, grease, rust, weak old coatings, mill scale and other adhesion-reducing material must be removed before coating. The spray pattern is built in two to three passes with flash-off between passes. After activation, the can remains usable only during the normal 2K working window, so the coating work should be completed within the activated pot life.
