MP MountTape is an acrylic foam double sided tape for attaching mouldings, badges, emblems, signs, reflectors and trim parts. The foam tape builds a strong adhesive layer between the mounting part and the prepared surface, supporting clean attachment without drilling or mechanical fastening in many repair and assembly situations.
Acrylic foam gives the tape a stable bonding body. The foam layer absorbs small surface differences, reduces vibration at the attached part and compensates for temperature related expansion between different materials. That structure makes MountTape suited to plastic trims, metal badges and accessory parts that are exposed to movement, outdoor conditions and regular handling.
Strong initial tack supports the mounted part hold position during placement.
