MP Masking Film 10 µ 50 m x 2 m transparent is a lightweight PE masking film for protecting vehicles, parts and surrounding work areas during preparation and coating. The transparent film covers large zones quickly, keeps overspray away from surfaces that must stay clean and gives the work area a tidy protective layer before spray application begins.
The 50 m roll length and 2 m width make the film suited to covering larger panel areas, vehicle sides, loose parts and paintshop zones. The film is folded on the roll for compact handling before it is opened out to full width. Two folded formats are available: 0.5 m folded width and 1 m folded width. Both formats open to a 2 m working width, so the correct choice mainly depends on storage, handling and the way the roll is used during masking.
The 10 µ HDPE film is transparent, tear resistant and liquid tight. It unfolds more easily than many conventional films, so masking work moves quickly when a surface must be covered before sanding residue, primer, filler, topcoat or clearcoat material can contaminate nearby areas. The PE material is recyclable and suited to routine use in professional preparation environments.
MP Masking Film supports clean paintshop workflow by reducing the risk of overspray, dust and accidental splash reaching finished or prepared surfaces.
