Product information
Applied on the chipboards, Mipa PU 248-90 is classified B1 according to the test to determine the fire behaviour as per DIN 4102-1. Prepare the surface correctly, mix or thin the product where required and apply it according to the intended coating process.
Typical applications
This product is intended for professional coating work on commercial vehicles with a gloss finish.
How to use
Prepare the substrate thoroughly and remove grease, dust and loose contamination before coating. Mix the product in the stated ratio (3:1 by weight; 2:1 by volume); adjust with Mipa 2K-Verdünnung V 10, V 25, V 40 if required. Apply even coats and respect the flash-off, drying and recoating times of the full system.
