Description
2K polyurethane micaceous iron coating according to TL 918 300, sheet 87, can be used as topcoat within the anti- corrosion coating system for steel, zinced substrates and aluminium.
About this product
Designed as top coating for bridges, railings, docks, piping and structures in aggressive atmosphere as well as for areas exposed to sewage and seawater. Durable corrosion protection and decorative effect.
Typical applications
This product is intended for professional coating work on zinced substrates, steel, and aluminium with a matt finish.
How to use
Prepare the substrate thoroughly and remove grease, dust and loose contamination before coating. Mix the product in the stated ratio (5:1 by weight; 3:1 by volume) with Mipa PU 912-10, PU 912-25, PU 912-40; adjust with Mipa 2K-Verdünnung V 10, V 25, V 40 if required. Apply even coats and respect the flash-off, drying and recoating times of the full system.
