Description
Mipa P 60 S PE-Spritzfiller styrolreduziert is a two-component body filler based on polyester resin and with a low styrene content for steel substrates, GRP, wood or sanded, solid paintwork.
About this product
This product is especially suitable for filling irregularities, deep sanding traces as well as rough pre-repair work in a single filling process. The proportion of styrene of Mipa P 60 styrolreduziert is less than 10 %.
What is this product used for?
Use this filler for repairing uneven areas, shaping contours and preparing the substrate before primer and topcoat. It is intended for repair work where flexibility, adhesion and sanding properties matter.
Use and processing
Mix the filler with the supplied hardener in the stated ratio (30:1 by weight; 100:5 by volume). Apply in thin layers on a clean, sanded substrate, allow it to cure and then sand to the required contour. From +10 °C and up to 80 % relative air humidity. Ensure an adequate supply and exhaust air ventilation
