Description
Mipa P 96 Anti Rust is a body filler and finishing putty which adheres on steel sheets, zinced sheets, aluminium, tinned surfaces, GRP and wood and which provides high corrosion protection on metal substrates.
Product details
It allows furthermore omitting the common practice of applying an anti-corrosive primer on steel sheets before applying a putty or body filler. This is advantageous especially for restoring classic cars or for carrying out works which require high corrosion protection.
Where does this product work best?
Use this filler for repairing uneven areas, shaping contours and preparing the substrate before primer and topcoat. It is intended for repair work where flexibility, adhesion and sanding properties matter.
Application notes
Mix the filler with the supplied hardener in the stated ratio (100:2). Apply in thin layers on a clean, sanded substrate, allow it to cure and then sand to the required contour.
