CONCRETE FLOOR REPAIR AND COATING
A damaged concrete floor needs more than a new colour coat. Loose old coating, weak edges and absorbent repair areas have to be dealt with first, so the Mipa primer and epoxy floorcoat can form a stable surface instead of hiding the problem.

Mipa EP 150-70 2K-EP Sealant primer colourless seals prepared concrete and supports small fissure or reprofiling work according to the technical information.
Mipa EP 275-70 gives a dense 2K epoxy finish for mineral floors after weak coating and damaged areas have been removed or stabilized.
Mipa WEP 2300-50 is a semi-gloss interior 2K epoxy floorcoat for prepared mineral surfaces, supported by WEP 9300-25 hardener and WBS deionised water.
Strip or mechanically remove failing paint, flaky edges and areas that no longer grip the concrete.
Degrease, abrade and vacuum the surface so dust and residue do not sit between the concrete and the new coating.
Use Mipa EP 150-70 on prepared mineral areas where a sealed epoxy base is needed before the floorcoat.
Coat with Mipa EP 275-70 or Mipa WEP 2300-50 in controlled sections, respecting the stated mixing and pot life rules.
Avoid early loading on repaired zones, because fresh epoxy needs curing time before it can resist traffic and cleaning.
Use the Mipa stripper format that fits the old coating area before trying to build a new epoxy surface.
Use Mipa EP 150-70 where exposed or absorbent mineral areas need sealing before the visible floorcoat.
Use Mipa EP 275-70 for a heavier epoxy build or Mipa WEP 2300-50 for a waterborne semi-gloss floorcoat in interior spaces.
Do not coat over a weak edge. A small patch of failing paint left under a new epoxy layer can become the first point where the repaired floor opens again.
