Description
Mipa 2K-HS-Express-Filler FX 5 is a high-quality two-component filler for fast and economic car refinishing (express technology) that generally doesn’t require oven drying.
Product details
Due to its special formulation, Mipa 2K-HS-Express-Filler FX 5 cures quickly already at room temperature (20 °C) and can be sanded after a drying of only 20 – 40 minutes (depending on air humidity, coat thickness and temperature). It is therefore possible to save significantly heating- related costs.
Typical applications
Use this filler for repairing uneven areas, shaping contours and preparing the substrate before primer and topcoat. It is intended for repair work where flexibility, adhesion and sanding properties matter.
How to use
Mix the filler with the supplied hardener in the stated ratio (100:35 by weight; 2:1 by volume). Apply in thin layers on a clean, sanded substrate, allow it to cure and then sand to the required contour. From +10 °C and up to 80 % relative air humidity. Ensure an adequate air ventilation
