Mipa Converter Prefilled Spray is a prefilled aerosol can that already contains propellant and converter. It is used to fill compatible 2K acrylic or polyurethane topcoats directly into the can without first adding a separate converter to the paint material.
This makes colour filling simpler when a compact repair can is needed for small topcoat quantities. Once filled, the aerosol carries much of the handling and appearance of the added paint, so mixed colours and repair shades can be prepared in a fast, convenient can format for smaller jobs and touch-up work.
The important difference is that the filled coating does not undergo chemical crosslinking with a hardener. In practical use, that means the sprayed finish behaves more like a 1K product in terms of chemical and mechanical resistance, even though the colour comes from a 2K topcoat system.
The 400 ml can is therefore a good choice when the colour and spray convenience matter more than full 2K crosslinked durability, and when a compact aerosol solution is preferred over a gun-applied mix.
