2K zinc phosphate epoxy primer for steel, zinced substrates, aluminium, GRP and mineral substrates.
About this product
Suitable as priming coat even for both underwater and chemical protective coatings and as intermediate coating for EP zinc dust primers. This product complies in combination with PU 250-XX with the requirements for fire behaviour of materials and components according to EN 45545-2:2013 + A1:2015.
What is this product used for?
This product is intended for professional coating work on zinced substrates, steel, aluminium, and GRP with a RAL 7032 in 10 kg and 25kg finish.
How to use
Prepare the substrate thoroughly and remove grease, dust and loose contamination before coating. Mix the product in the stated ratio (5:1 by weight; 3:1 by volume) with Mipa EP 950-10, EP 950-25; adjust with Mipa EP-Verdünnung, Mipa EP-Verdünnung lang if required. Apply even coats and respect the flash-off, drying and recoating times of the full system.
