Mipa EP 964-10 10 l 2K-EP thick-film hardener

Mipa EP 964-10 is the hardener component for compatible Mipa 2K epoxy high-build coating systems such as EP 164-20. It is mixed into the base product so the coating can cure correctly and develop the film strength, adhesion and chemical stability expected from a properly built epoxy primer or intermediate coat.

This hardener supports the intended curing speed, film hardness and final coating performance when used with compatible Mipa materials. Used with the matching epoxy base, it supports the full performance of the system on metal parts that need more than a light-duty primer before the next coat follows.

This makes it relevant in anti-corrosion builds, high-build priming and industrial coating work on steel structures, fabricated components and other parts where epoxy systems are selected for protective performance. It is not a universal curing agent, but the matching hardener for the specified Mipa EP system products.

The 10 litre pack fits recurring epoxy primer use, larger batch preparation and industrial coating processes where the hardener has to be available in working quantity alongside the base product. It keeps the coating build inside the intended system from the mixing stage onward. It keeps the system controlled from mixing or preparation through to the next coating step.
