Mipa Mix PU 240 2K Paint Spray 48+ 400 ml

Mipa Mix PU 240 2K Paint Spray 48+ brings the PU 240 polyurethane acrylic topcoat into a 400 ml aerosol format for precise industrial repair work. The coating forms a durable coloured finish on commercial vehicle parts, façade elements, machine panels, housings and stressed construction surfaces. PU 240 is built for high mechanical load, weather exposure and regular handling, so the sprayed film is suited to small sections where a true 2K industrial topcoat is required without setting up a spray gun.

The PU 240 layer supports a clean industrial finish with strong flow, UV stability and resistance against weather, chemicals, solvents, scratches and mechanical strain. The aerosol format gives localised coating work the same direction as the original PU 240 system: a polyurethane acrylic finish that applies to prepared steel, galvanised substrates, aluminium and existing stable coatings when the surface preparation matches the coating job. The finish stays suited to machines, commercial vehicle components, technical furniture, profiles, frames and repaired construction elements where colour, gloss level and resistance need to remain balanced.

PU 240 2K Paint Spray 48+ is supplied in dull matt, matt, satin matt, semi-gloss and glossy finishes. Each finish keeps the same PU 240 industrial coating role, while the visual result changes from low-reflection technical surfaces to brighter gloss work. Dull matt and matt finishes suit restrained functional surfaces, satin matt gives a smooth industrial appearance, semi-gloss adds more light reflection, and glossy PU 240 supports a brighter protective finish. The 400 ml spray can is suited to repair zones, small parts, edges, assemblies and job-site correction after transport or installation.

How is it used?

The aerosol is shaken, activated and sprayed in controlled passes at the repair area or prepared component. The coating should be applied over a clean, dry and properly sanded substrate, with rust, grease, mill scale and weak old paint removed before the new film is built. The spray process normally uses two to three passes with a short flash-off between passes. After activation, the 2K working window remains limited, so the can should be used during the normal pot life of the activated material.
