Description
Mipa P 50 styrene-reduced PE fibre filler incl. hardener is a hardener made for use with the compatible coating system. Mipa P 50 styrolreduziert is a polyester resin-based two-component glass fibre body filler with a low styrene content and without asbestos.
About this product
Due to its proportion of glass fibres, the product is particularly suitable to bridge gaps, little holes and perforations caused by corrosion in substrates of iron and steel, aluminium as well as to repair GRP and wood. Furthermore, the filling materials of the body filler are less hygroscopic so that Mipa P 50 styrolreduziert can also be used to repair boats and so on.
Typical applications
Use this filler for repairing uneven areas, shaping contours and preparing the substrate before primer and topcoat. It is intended for repair work where flexibility, adhesion and sanding properties matter.
Use and processing
Mix the filler with the supplied hardener until the colour is uniform. Apply in thin layers on a clean, sanded substrate, allow it to cure and then sand to the required contour.
