Mipa P 67 S is a two-component body filler with outstanding filling properties that has been especially developed to level out colourlessly imperfections on synthetic fibre substrates (e. g. glass or carbon fibre reinforced composites) before applying a clearcoat. Thanks to its excellent filling properties, porous surfaces and surface defects, which emerge often on composite substrates, can be levelled quickly and effectively.
Typical applications
Use this filler for repairing uneven areas, shaping contours and preparing the substrate before primer and topcoat. It is intended for repair work where flexibility, adhesion and sanding properties matter.
Application notes
Mix the filler with the supplied hardener until the colour is uniform. Apply in thin layers on a clean, sanded substrate, allow it to cure and then sand to the required contour. From +10 °C and up to 80 % relative air humidity. Ensure an adequate supply and exhaust air ventilation
