2K polyurethane chassis paint with active corrosion protection in HS-quality for high-quality paintwork on chassis of commercial vehicles and trucks. High-build, contains zinc phosphate, solvent-resistant, high resistance against water, UV and weathering.
What is this product used for?
This product is intended for professional coating work on commercial vehicles and aluminium with a gloss finish.
Use and processing
Prepare the substrate thoroughly and remove grease, dust and loose contamination before coating. Mix the product in the stated ratio (5:1 by weight; 4:1 by volume) with Mipa PU 912-xx; adjust with Mipa 2K-Thinner if required. Apply even coats and respect the flash-off, drying and recoating times of the full system. From + 10 °C and up to 80 % relative humidity. Ensure adequate air ventilation
