Mipa Zinc-Aluminium Spray is a zinc-rich corrosion protection spray for steel and other ferrous metal surfaces. It is made especially for repairs on hot-dip galvanised parts where both corrosion protection and a visually fitting silver-grey appearance matter. This aerosol supports controlled application for small repairs, parts work and colour matched finishing without a full spray gun setup.
Because the shade is matched to the look of a hot-dip galvanised surface, repaired spots blend in more naturally after application. That makes it practical for small damaged areas, cut edges and local repair points on galvanised components where a plain silver finish would look too far away from the original surface.
The coating is built for strong protection as well as appearance. It offers very high corrosion resistance, is heat resistant up to 300 °C, can be spot-welded and can be recoated when the job requires a further build-up over the top.
In aerosol form, it is easy to use on local repairs without mixing or setting up larger equipment. That keeps galvanised touch-up work quick and controlled while still giving the repaired area a coating that is designed to protect exposed metal effectively.
