MP Abrasive Fleece Disc Ultra Fine is a 150 mm grey non woven disc for controlled scuffing on prepared surfaces. The fleece material stays flexible, which helps it follow contours and uneven areas more closely than a rigid sanding disc and keeps the contact more even on shaped parts.
This Ultra Fine grade is intended for scuffing various substrates before the next coating step. It is well suited to prepared painted surfaces, 2 component paints, primer areas and overspray zones where the aim is to create adhesion without leaving an overly coarse sanding trace.
The disc can be used wet or dry, which makes it easier to match the sanding method to the surface condition and the amount of dust control needed. On corners and awkward shapes, the fleece structure helps keep the action gentle and consistent while still keying the surface effectively.
