MP Spray Mist Prefilter is a spray mist prefilter for paint booths, coating zones and industrial spray areas. The filter medium captures overspray and coating particles before they reach downstream extraction components, keeping booth airflow cleaner during primer, filler, lacquer and coating application.
The filter material is water-repellent and built for paint mist separation. It is used for overspray from polyester, 2K lacquers, primers, fillers, waxes, adhesives and related coating materials. A high separation performance supports retain airborne coating residue in the filter layer and reduces contamination in the extraction channel.
The folded structure gives a large contact surface for spray mist collection. Air can pass through the filter while paint particles remain trapped in the medium. That function supports cleaner booth operation, more controlled exhaust performance and more consistent conditions around coating work where overspray load changes throughout the day.
MP Spray Mist Prefilter is supplied in 13.50 x 0.75 m, 11.20 x 0.90 m and 10.00 x 1.00 m formats.
