MP Tape T Star is a T shaped foam sealing tape used for masking gaps where overspray has to stay out and the edge line has to stay soft. The profile is built for openings such as doors, trunks and hoods where a flat strip of tape cannot create an equally controlled seal.
Its two layer material combines polyethylene and polyurethane, which gives the tape the structure needed for gap masking while keeping it flexible enough to sit into the opening. That helps reduce unwanted spray mist entering the inner area and keeps the masking line more controlled across the full run.
The tape is temperature resistant up to 100 degrees Celsius for normal drying cycles and removes without leaving adhesive residue.
