Pro Mix Aqua WPU 2425-90 WBS 2K PU Topcoat Gloss Base Pack 4 kg is a waterborne two component topcoat base for high gloss industrial finishing where strong UV resistance, chemical resistance and a clean final appearance are required. It is used in the Pro Mix Aqua system for vehicles, metal facades, machine parts and other coated constructions that need a durable gloss surface.
The formulation is suited to large panels and continuous surfaces because it keeps a long open time and absorbs spray mist very well. That helps build a smooth full gloss result on broad exterior parts, cladding sections, machine casings and other visible coated components.
After tinting and mixing with the matching hardener, this base pack forms a robust 2K PU finish for demanding service conditions. It fits waterborne coating work where gloss level, colour stability and long lasting surface performance all need to stay aligned with the final part.
