Pro Mix Aqua WPU 4005-90 WBS 2K PU Plastic Coating Gloss Base Pack 5 kg is a waterborne two component PU coating base pack for plastic parts that need a durable finished surface. After tinting in the Pro Mix Aqua system and mixing with the correct hardener, it forms a hard wearing coating with strong resistance to everyday mechanical and chemical stress.
Pro Mix Aqua WPU 4005-90 WBS 2K-PU plastic paint, glossy, basic pack. 5 kg is designed for plastics such as TPU, PA, ABS and PP and can be used pigmented as a colour coat or untinted as a clear protective layer. That makes it useful where the same system has to cover coloured parts, transparent protection coats and coordinated plastic components in one coating process.
The gloss finish gives the surface the right visual direction for the final part. It works on interior and exterior plastic components where a clean appearance, reliable hold and durable surface performance matter, including housings, covers and technical moulded parts.
