Pro Mix Industry EP 140-30 2K EP Primer Filler Base Pack 15 kg is a chromate-free two component epoxy primer filler base for durable substrate preparation on steel, zinc, aluminium and GRP. It is used where primer adhesion, filling power and quick recoating need to come together in one epoxy layer.
Pro Mix Industry EP 140-30 2K-EP primer filler basic pack. 15 kg stands out through very good spray mist absorption, fast drying and a smooth flow pattern. That supports a clean surface before the finishing coats and helps retain gloss on the final topcoat. It can also be used before filler work or as a wet-on-wet filler, which adds flexibility in industrial and commercial vehicle coating processes.
This base pack is tinted in the Pro Mix Industry system and then combined with the correct hardener for the selected process. It suits commercial vehicle parts, fabricated metal assemblies, GRP panels and other coated components where epoxy primer performance and practical build properties are both important.
