Pro Mix Industry EP 500-20 2K EP Micaceous Intermediate Coat Matt Base Pack 5 kg is a two component epoxy micaceous base for corrosion-protection systems on steel, galvanised steel and aluminium. It is used as an intermediate layer where a durable barrier coat with matt iron mica character supports the full protective build.
The coating is specified for long term corrosion protection structures and combines protective function with a decorative micaceous appearance. It is suited to fabricated metal parts that work in demanding exterior service, including structures, railings, bridge components, utility metalwork and other assemblies where the intermediate coat plays a major role in the total protective thickness.
This base pack is tinted in the Pro Mix Industry EP system and then mixed with the matching hardener. It fits coating builds that require a robust epoxy intermediate layer before the final finish coat while keeping the system aligned with demanding corrosion-protection work.
