Mipa Pro Mix Industry PU 100-20 2K PU Acrylic Primer Base Pack is the Pro Mix Industry base pack for the PU 100-20 2K polyurethane acrylic primer. After mixing, it gives steel, galvanised steel and aluminium a corrosion-protective primer layer with strong adhesion and good hold for the following topcoat.
PU 100-20 can be used as adhesion promoter, primer and primer-filler, which makes it useful when the same job includes bare metal spots, larger primed areas and parts that need a dependable foundation before finishing. It works well on machine parts, fabricated sections, vehicle components and industrial metal parts that will be overcoated with 1K or 2K systems.
The primer is practical wherever the surface has to start with reliable metal adhesion and corrosion protection rather than colour alone. It also supports wet-on-wet work, which helps keep the coating sequence efficient on parts that move quickly from preparation to finishing.
The primer gives metal parts a clean, dependable base that supports an even final appearance on later coats.
