Pro Mix Industry PU 150-30 2K PU Wet-on-Wet Filler Base Pack 20 kg is a two component polyurethane wet-on-wet filler base for fast industrial coating lines and commercial vehicle finishing. It is designed to be recoated after a short flash time, which keeps the process moving when the next colour coat has to follow quickly without sanding between steps.
This quality is especially practical on truck box bodies, rigid side panels, tank bodies and similar large fabricated parts where fast throughput and clean topcoat appearance matter. The filler evens the substrate, supports topcoat hold and helps deliver a uniform base before the finishing layer is applied.
The base pack is tinted in the Pro Mix Industry system and mixed with the matching hardener for the chosen process. It suits production and repair work on commercial vehicle structures and industrial assemblies where a wet-on-wet filler layer shortens the coating build and keeps the final finish clean and consistent.
