Pro Mix Industry PU 215-30 is a satin matt 2K polyurethane acrylic HS single coat paint for industrial coating. The coating combines colour, film build and active corrosion protection in a direct coating system for steel, galvanised steel and aluminium where the surface has been prepared correctly.
Mipa PU 215-30 is designed for durable industrial surfaces that need a satin matt appearance with strong practical resistance. The coating can be used as a single coat system on suitable substrates, or inside a two coat structure with a compatible primer where the job specification requires that build. A dry film selection of 60 to 100 microns is suitable for single coat use on steel, zinced substrates and aluminium.
The HS polyurethane acrylic chemistry gives PU 215-30 a strong position for machinery parts, constructions, metal objects and other durable industrial finishes. The coating is not only about colour. PU 215-30 also contributes adhesion, protection and a controlled satin matt surface when the correct hardener, thinner and application method are used.
For best results, PU 215-30 should be applied over clean, prepared surfaces and processed. Substrate cleaning, sanding, mixing ratio, pot life, film thickness and drying conditions should be matched to the actual material and application equipment.
