Pro Mix Industry PU 255-90 2K PU HS Topcoat Gloss Base Pack 20 kg is a high solid two component PU topcoat base pack for finished industrial surfaces that need a deeper gloss and a harder final film. After tinting in Pro Mix Industry and mixing with the correct hardener, it lays down a durable one layer finish with very good surface hardness and scratch resistance.
The longer open time gives the coating more working room on larger parts and helps the finish settle cleanly on extended surfaces. This is useful on commercial vehicles, machine cladding, construction elements and structural parts where gloss, flow and surface quality matter across wide panels and complex shapes.
The result is a bright gloss finish with the substance expected from an HS system. It works on hard used equipment and exterior industrial parts that need a finished appearance without giving away durability in regular service.
