Mipa 1K-ESI Zinc Dust Primer High Zinc is an inorganic, moisture-curing zinc-rich primer for bare steel that needs durable corrosion protection at the very first coating stage. It is used where the primer itself has to carry a strong anti-corrosion role, either as the base coat in a full build or in certain cases as a standalone protective layer.
Mipa 1K-ESI zinc dust primer High Zinc 25 kg net is intended for completely rust-free steel and performs strongly against salt spray and condensation water. That makes it relevant for blasted steel parts, structural steel, industrial fabrications and other exposed metal surfaces where long-term protection is more important than a cosmetic primer appearance.
It can also be used as a welding primer when the dry film thickness stays below 20 microns. In normal coating work it provides a zinc-rich base that can later be recoated with suitable topcoats or integrated into broader corrosion-protection structures depending on the job requirement.
