Waterborne 2K polyurethane soft paint with particularly soft feel effect for use in car interiors (e. g. coating of dashboards, door panels, centre consoles, etc.) and for coating of plastic parts in general in the areas of die-cast components, consumer care, furniture etc..

Mipa WBC Binder 2K-Softfeel provides direct adhesion on ABS and ABS- PC plastic substrates, but can also be used on primed metal substrates in interior use. The application of Mipa WBC Binder 2K-Softfeel improves considerably the haptic properties especially of hard plastic surfaces since the soft feel effect provides the sensation of a soft high-quality surface.
Where does this product work best?
This basecoat is intended for colour matching and refinishing work before clearcoating. It is used where accurate colour laydown and reliable overcoating with a compatible 2K clearcoat are required.
Application notes
Prepare the substrate thoroughly and remove grease, dust and loose contamination before coating. Mix the product in the stated ratio (10:1); adjust with 20 – 25 % Mipa WBC-Verdünnung if required. Apply even coats and respect the flash-off, drying and recoating times of the full system. From +10 °C and up to 80 % relative air humidity. Ensure an adequate air ventilation
