Description
Mipa P 90 Easy styrolreduziert with low styrene content is a especially easy-to-sand two-component body filler based on polyester resin which provides adhesion on steel plates, aluminium, zinc and GRP.
About this product
In order to close possible pin holes, a further layer of Mipa P 85 styrolreduziert or Mipa P 60 S PE-Spritzfüller can be applied. Mipa P 90 styrolreduziert can be sanded with high abrasion even after 24 hours.
Where does this product work best?
Use this filler for repairing uneven areas, shaping contours and preparing the substrate before primer and topcoat. It is intended for repair work where flexibility, adhesion and sanding properties matter.
Application notes
Mix the filler with the supplied hardener in the stated ratio (100:2). Apply in thin layers on a clean, sanded substrate, allow it to cure and then sand to the required contour. From +10 °C and up to 80 % relative air humidity. Ensure an adequate air ventilation
