Description
Mipa P 55 is a sandable two-component fibre glass body filler based on polyester resin with adhesion on iron and steel, zinc, aluminium, wood and on all commonly used plastics in the automotive industry (GRP, ABS, PA, PC, PBTP, PETP, PMMA, PVC).
About this product
Due to its proportion of glass fibres the product is particularly suitable to bridge gaps, little holes and perforations caused by corrosion. PE-zinc fibre filler incl. hardener.
Where does this product work best?
Use this filler for repairing uneven areas, shaping contours and preparing the substrate before primer and topcoat. It is intended for repair work where flexibility, adhesion and sanding properties matter.
How to use
Mix the filler with the supplied hardener in the stated ratio (100:2). Apply in thin layers on a clean, sanded substrate, allow it to cure and then sand to the required contour. From +10 °C and up to 80 % relative air humidity. Ensure an adequate supply and exhaust air ventilation
