Description
Two-component medium-solid clearcoat based on high-quality acrylic resins with UV resistance and direct adhesion on bare ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The original appearance of the substrate is not changed.

Special 2K-clearcoat for directapplication on aluminium andnon-ferrous metals, non-yellowing. Mipa 2K clear coat CA 1 l is intended for the final stage where gloss, protection or a specific finish has to be added over compatible colour work.
Typical applications
Use this clearcoat as the final transparent layer over compatible colour coats when a clear look is required. The listed application areas include aluminium.
Application notes
Prepare the substrate thoroughly and remove grease, dust and loose contamination before coating. Mix the product in the stated ratio (5:1) with Mipa H, MS; adjust with Mipa 2K-Thinner if required. Apply even coats and respect the flash-off, drying and recoating times of the full system. From + 10 °C and up to 80 % relative humidity. Ensure adequate air ventilation
