Mipa AY 250-30 – Mixed RAL Colour

Mipa AY 250-30 5 kg net 1K single coat acrylic lacquer satin matt is a high build one layer acrylic topcoat based on pure acrylic resin. It is made for direct coloured finishing with a satin matt surface on properly prepared steel, zinc coated steel and aluminium.

AY 250-30 is especially developed for zinc coated surfaces and is also suitable for steel constructions, gates, roofs and wrought iron. It can be applied by brush, roller or spray, making it practical for many shapes and repair situations where a single layer acrylic coating is preferred.

The satin matt finish gives metal surfaces a calm, technical appearance while the high build character helps create useful coverage in a direct coating process. Fast drying behaviour supports efficient handling on maintenance jobs, replacement sections and construction related metal parts.

The coating should be applied only after correct cleaning, sanding and system preparation. Suitable priming structures for steel, zinc coated substrates and aluminium include EP 100-20 or VB 100-20 before the AY 250-30 finishing coat where required.
