Mipa E 80 Cold Tin is a two-component epoxy filler that serves as an alternative to lead loading for repairs that need a dense, durable and strongly bonded filler layer. It adheres to iron, steel, aluminium, GRP and wood and brings the solid character expected from an epoxy repair material.
The filler is easy to apply, handles vertical surfaces well and sands without producing excessive dust after curing. That makes it suitable for shaped metal repairs and restoration work where a stable filler body is needed without the softness or shrink behaviour associated with lighter alternatives.
Its good bending resistance supports use on areas that carry some movement or stress, while the resistance to fuel, diesel and diluted acids adds confidence in more exposed service conditions. The lamellar pigmentation and epoxy base also support a more corrosion-conscious repair build on metal.
