Mipa EA 100-20 2K-EP-AY primer – Mixed RAL Colour

Mipa EA 100-20 2K EP AY Primer, Mixed RAL colour is a 2K zinc phosphate epoxy acrylic primer for steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, GRP and e-coated parts. It gives topcoats a secure base by combining adhesion, corrosion protection and good filling power in one primer layer.

The primer colour makes coverage easy to control while preparing parts for the next coating step. That is useful on new parts, repaired sections and prepared components where the substrate has to be sealed and even before the final colour coat goes on.

Fast overcoating helps keep the job moving without turning the primer into a weak link in the system. Mipa EA 100-20 net 2K-EP-AY primer mixed RAL shades leaves a sound surface for subsequent 2K finishing and supports a cleaner final appearance because the base underneath is uniform and well bonded.

Used with Mipa PU 914-10 or Mipa PU 914-25 and Mipa 2K Thinner on correctly prepared substrates, the primer cures to a durable anti-corrosion base that helps the next coat hold firmly and perform as intended.
