Mipa EA 100-20 is a two-component zinc phosphate epoxy-acrylic primer for demanding metal coating work. It is used on steel, galvanized substrates, aluminium, GRP and e-coated parts where the primer layer has to do more than simply provide adhesion and where the finished coating system is expected to handle higher strain.
The primer combines good filling power with strong resistance to solvents and chemical agents, which makes it useful on machines, installations, equipment parts and industrial components that need a hard-working base under the topcoat. It supports a cleaner build on stressed surfaces that cannot rely on a light-duty primer.
A practical advantage is the fast overcoating window: compatible Mipa 2K topcoats can follow after a short room-temperature drying time. That helps keep production moving on jobs where the coating sequence has to be efficient without giving up the protection and body expected from an epoxy-acrylic primer layer.
The 15 kg pack suits regular industrial primer work, machine coating and repeat production runs. It is a strong choice where the coating starts with a grey primer that builds, resists and keeps the next finishing step moving quickly. That leaves coated parts with a base or finish that is easier to build on and easier to trust in service.
