Mipa Insulating Primer Spray is a matt white barrier primer used to block troublesome stains before the next coating layer is applied. It is designed for marks such as water stains, nicotine, tar, smoke, grease and other contamination that would otherwise show through the topcoat.
Instead of simply covering the mark cosmetically, the primer forms an isolating layer that keeps the contamination from bleeding back into the finish. That makes it useful when a clean final appearance matters and the surface has already shown signs of breakthrough staining.
The fast-drying aerosol format keeps preparation simple on local repairs, patch areas and targeted stain spots. It is easy to direct exactly where needed and helps avoid the effort of opening larger containers when only a limited area needs treatment.
Because it works as a dedicated stain-blocking step, it is best used wherever the problem is not the colour of the old mark itself, but the risk of that mark returning through a fresh paint film. In those cases, it provides the separating layer that the next coating needs.
