Mipa P 50 styrene-reduced PE fibre filler is a reinforced polyester repair filler supplied with hardener. The glass fibre structure gives the filler extra body for damaged areas that need more strength than a fine finishing stopper can provide. It is made for filling and bridging repair work before the surface is shaped, sanded and prepared for the following refinishing steps.
The styrene-reduced formulation keeps the familiar reinforced repair role of P 50 while supporting a more modern filler workflow. The styrene-reduced P 50 is a PE glass fibre filler with hardener for metal substrates, aluminium, zinc and fibre glass. That makes it useful around vehicle repair, panel work and industrial repair areas where small holes, corrosion damage, splits or deeper irregularities need a stable repair foundation.
Good filler work starts with the right material for the repair depth. Mipa P 50 is not meant to replace fine finishing filler on the final surface. It creates the reinforced base repair layer, then the repair can be refined with suitable sanding and finishing products before primer or filler is applied.
The 200 g size is practical for small repairs and occasional use. The 875 g size supports regular bodyshop or paintshop work where reinforced filler is used more often. Both sizes keep hardener included so the material can be processed as a proper 2K polyester filler system.
Mipa P 50 styrene-reduced PE fibre filler is used on stronger repair areas where a reinforced filler layer is needed. It fits panel repairs, damaged edges, small holes, corrosion related repairs and GRP related work when the repair has to be shaped before normal refinishing can continue.
