Mipa P 51 green is a glass fibre reinforced polyester filler for repairs that need more stability than a conventional surface filler can provide. The green filler is used for bridging and stabilising damaged areas before the surface is shaped, refined and prepared for coating. It is supplied with hardener and fits repair work where the first filler layer must help rebuild strength as well as contour.
Glass fibre reinforcement makes Mipa P 51 suitable for corrosion damage, cracks, small holes and GRP repair. The material is useful on vehicle panels, GRP components, formed parts and repair areas where a stronger base needs to be created before applying a fine filler or primer. The green colour gives clear visibility during spreading and sanding, which helps keep the repair area controlled throughout preparation.
Mipa P 51 green is especially useful when the damaged area needs to be bridged without building unnecessary thickness around it. The filler should be applied to a properly cleaned, degreased and abraded surface, then sanded after curing. After the repair has been shaped, a finishing filler can be used where a finer surface is required before primer, filler or topcoat. Mipa P 51 green gives a dependable first-stage filler layer for more demanding body and GRP repairs.
Use Mipa P 51 green for stable repair filling where holes, cracks, corrosion damage or GRP defects need to be bridged before final surface preparation. It works as a stronger base layer before finer filling and coating steps.
