Mipa Primer grey approx. RAL 7032 is a chromate-free synthetic primer for steel surfaces that need corrosion protection and a sound base coat before the finish layer is applied. It is used where a classic industrial primer build is preferred and where the primer itself should contribute both adhesion and basic surface levelling.
The grey shade helps create an even visual base across fabricated steel parts, cabinets, frames, machine components and general metalwork. In practical use it supports a more uniform topcoat appearance and provides a clean starting point for finishing layers in both maintenance and production work.
Its zinc phosphate pigment package supports active corrosion protection, while the primer layer prepares the metal for subsequent Mipa 1K and 2K paints. That gives the coating system a firm first step on steel parts that will later carry industrial topcoats, protective finishes or standard colour coats.
The 25 kg container is suited to larger coating volumes and repeated primer work on steel components. It is a straightforward industrial primer for applications that need a chromate-free grey base with practical corrosion protection, reliable recoating and the familiar handling of a synthetic-resin system. That leaves coated parts with a base or finish that is easier to build on and easier to trust in service.
