Mipa PU 164-20 – Mixed RAL Colour

Mipa PU 164-20 20 kg net 2K PU-Thick Film Primer Various Colours Group I is a 2K polyurethane acrylic thick film primer for steel, galvanised steel, aluminium and GRP. It combines active corrosion protection with high vertical stability and strong filling power, making it suitable for industrial coating structures that need more build than a standard primer. Mipa PU 164-20 20 kg net 2K PU thick-film primer, mixed RAL colours can be used as adhesion promoter, primer or primer filler, and wet on wet use is also possible where the coating process calls for it.

The primer is intended for coated metal parts, constructions, equipment housings and fabricated components that need a firm, even base before finishing. Short drying time supports practical processing, while the zinc phosphate anti corrosion package and the good substrate hold help prepare surfaces for long term coating performance. It can be recoated with both 1K and 2K topcoats and can be applied in lighter or heavier films depending on the job.
